Trenton Norris will give an overview of recent Prop 65 litigation including the decision in Monsanto v. OEHHA on the glyphosate listing and an evaluation of impacts on future listings. John Brault, President, Semper Scientific
Semper Scientific is a forensic consulting firm specializing in biomechanics and walkway safety.  For the past 20 years, John has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California, where he performs research on human subject slip events and walkway tribometer validation. He is currently the Chairman of the ASTM International F-13 Committee on Pedestrian Walkway Safety and Footwear.  His research on walkway safety has been published in the Journal of Forensic Sciences, Gait & Posture, and the Journal of Testing & Evaluation.

Wen-Ruey Chang, Owener, WR Falls Prevention, LLC
Dr. Wen-Ruey Chang is the owner of Chang WR Falls Prevention, LLC based in Arlington, VA.  From 1995 to 2017, he conducted extensive research on slips and falls at Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety in Hopkinton, MA.  He has published extensively in major ergonomics and safety scientific journals such as ErgonomicsApplied Ergonomics and Safety Science.  He was a recipient of the William Floyd Award from the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IEHF) in UK in 2003, National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) Partnering Award for Worker Health and Safety from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in 2006, and the Best Paper Award in the journal Ergonomics in 2008.  He is a fellow of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), IEHF and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).  He also serves as an editor of Ergonomics and past chair of the IEA Technical Committee on Slips, Trips and Falls.  He received his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from University of California at Berkeley.
