Hotel Information

The 2017 Consumer Specialty Products Association Mid-Year Meeting will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, a top-rated meeting destination near Washington, DC. A block of rooms has been set aside for meeting registrants at a special rate of $300.00 per night plus tax.  All reservations must be received on or before Saturday April 17, 2017.

Transportation

Air transportation arrangements should be made with the carrier of your choice at least 30 days in advance in order to receive the lowest possible fares.  DC is a very busy market and spring is peak travel season.  There are three airports in the area. The Gaylord National Resort does not provide shuttle service so travelers must make their own arrangements for transportation to the hotel.

Ronald Regan Washington National Airport – DCA

• 8 miles from the hotel
• Transportation can be arranged with SuperShuttle. The fare is $18.00 one way and a reservation is required.  Estimated taxi fare is $25.00 one way.

Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport – BWI

• 42 miles from the hotel
• Transportation can be arranged with SuperShuttle. The fare is $45.00 one way and a reservation is required.  Estimated taxi fare is $70.00 one way.

Washington Dulles International Airport – IAD

• 35 miles from the hotel
• Transportation can be arranged with SuperShuttle. The fare is $44.00 one way and a reservation is required.  Estimated taxi fare is $70.00 one way.
